Commitment Form - Local 2027

Grades 9-12

Serving Locally January 6 - 8, 2027

Departing Harvest and returning to Harvest daily.

Option 1: Day Trips - Total Cost:  $100.

Option 2: Day Trips + 1 Overnight Cost: $250.

 

Your FACTS account will be charged $100 or $250

upon receipt of this Commitment Form.

& NJHS

All Service Hours on this mission trip will be counted toward NHS & NJHS Service Hour Requirements. 

(Does not meet qualifications for Honors Diploma service project requirement).

50/50 $ponsorship

50% of donations made on your student's behalf go toward your student's mission trip costs.
