Dear HCA Faculty and Staff,

I am pleased to share that the Board of Directors has officially approved the appointment of Keith Castello as our Interim Superintendent.

​

Keith brings a wealth of leadership experience in Christian education, having most recently served as Chancellor and Superintendent of Kyrie Christian Academy. Throughout his career, he has led multiple schools as Head of School or Interim Head, overseeing initiatives in strategic planning, campus development, faculty supervision, and program growth. His background also includes work in admissions, curriculum oversight, and organizational leadership across a variety of Christian school settings.

In addition to his school leadership roles, Keith has provided consulting and coaching to schools nationwide, supporting leadership development, strategic planning, and operational excellence. He is deeply committed to advancing Christ-centered education and fostering strong, mission-driven school communities.

As Interim Superintendent, Keith will partner closely with our board, leadership team, and staff to:

​

• Support and guide day-to-day school operations

• Strengthen communication across our school community

• Lead faculty development and supervision efforts

• Support strategic planning and long-term visioning

• Assist the Board during the superintendent search process

 

Keith will be serving in both on-site and remote capacities, working regularly with our team to ensure continuity, clarity, and forward momentum during this transitional period.
